Arnost Lustig was one of the most eminent wold autors of our time and was nominated for Pulitzers award. Lustigs novel “Girl from Antwerpen” on which the movie Colette was is based, shows authors personal experiences from concentration camps and his memories of escape attempts from Auschwitz. This is a story about the strenght of love in extreme situations, story of young lovers and their strong resolve to escape from miserable life and their courage to face death.
